		Dining Room - Buffet with air conditioning. (Breakfast: 8.00-10.00 am and Dinner: 19.30-21.30.)
		Outside Swimming-pool: it has an area for adults and another for children.
		Solarium-terrace around the swimming-pool, it is furnished with sun beds and umbrellas for exclusive use of hotel clients.
		Children playing ground: with swings for children.
		Outside Parking: only for hotel clients.
		Hall- Reception with comfortable sofas and free Wi-Fi connection.
		Open room: it’s a small structure with showers for client’s use on the departure day. Our official check-out time is 12.00 am. If the client is leaving late in the afternoon, he can still enjoy a lovely day on the beach and have afterwards a shower prior departure.
		Bar-Cafeteria with internet terminals (to pay) and a TV room for our clients.

		The complex is located in a natural environment surrounded by dunes and pines.
		The complex is at scarce 100 mts from the beach of Sa Roqueta and it is one of the nearest accommodation establishments to the Illetas and Levante beaches.
