BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES

The following "booking and cancellation policy" is the basis of your collaboration contract as a Travel Agency with our group ZulmarHotels (companies: Rocalago Hoteles SL and Hostal Lago Playa II CB), headquartered at Hotel Lago Playa S / N, Sa 07,871 Roqueta, Formentera, Balearic Islands, Spain.

Payment of the deposit for the booking and the reception of the hotel’s reservation confirmation implies the agreement to this “booking and cancellation policy” by all three parties: the final Customer, the Travel Agency and the Hotel.

Travel Agencies are entitled to 10% discount / commission on our official price list published in our website wwww.zulmarhotels.com

To make a reservation you must pay 20% of the total amount of the client’s stay (via bank transfer or credit card payment). The outstanding amount can be paid until 10 days prior to arrival’s date. If no payment is made within the stipulated period, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation and to ask for cancellation costs as described in our cancellation policy.

If the booking is for a stay whose date of arrival is within 10 days, then the Agency must make full payment of the stay at the time of booking.

We remind agencies that our website prices are based on a Bed and Breakfast (BB) accommodation. However, if the client wants to book a room with half board (HB: breakfast + supper), you must inform us at the time of the reservation. The amount of the meals (excluding drinks) will be added to the amount automatically calculated by our online booking system for the client’s stay. In this case, the agency is also entitled to a discount of 10% over the official cost of the dinner. If the client makes a reservation for a room with BB and then makes supper at the hotel, he will have to pay for his meals directly to the hotel. In this second case, the agency is not entitled to commission.

If the client has any special request that is not detailed among the usual hotel services, you must make a written request for this service before making the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AGENCIES

Cancellations must be made by mail, fax or letter. The date of the mailing will be taken as date of cancellation.

If the cancellation is made within 20 days prior to arrival date, there will be charges for cancellation. These charges are calculated on the 20% deposit paid to book. The amount to be refund is calculated as follows: for each day that comes closer to the arrival date, there will be a reduction of 5% of the deposit to be reimbursed. For example, if you cancel 12 days prior to arrival, then the amount to be refunded is 5% x 12 days = 60% of the deposit.

If you cancel within three days to arrival day, you will fully lose your deposit.

If there arrive less people for a room than booked, if customers arrive later than the agreed date or leave early, the hotel will not make any refund and will remain with the full amount already paid for the reservation.

Only in case of cancellations due to a major health problem of any of the clients proved with medical certificate, the hotel will refund the full amount paid for the reservation or the proportional cost of the vacation that won’t be taken.
